Leila G. von Stein
Leila von Stein grew up in a small town in Western North Carolina and began practicing yoga and meditation in 2001. The wanderlust took her all over the world from Russia to Tasmania with many places in between, and eventually set her on the path of holistic medicine. She believe that the more healing modalities we learn, the closer we come to having a complete picture of health and understanding of the individual. She practices Ayurveda and Marma Therapy, Massage and Bodywork, and CranioSacral Therapy.

Education:  The George Washington University, The Shambhava School of Yoga, The Ayurvedic Institue, The Port Townsend School of

Jesse Thomas is a traditionally trained Reiki Master/Teacher in the original lineage based system of Reiki called Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho. He started practicing Reiki in 2004 after receiving one Reiki session from his (now) Reiki teacher Robert Fueston and wife Heather that profoundly changed his life. He became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2015 after several years of apprenticeship. Reiki for Jesse goes way beyond just a healing practice to help others to heal, it is the foundation for his life, his spiritual practice, and his healing practice. After practicing for over fourteen years, he still feels that there is so much more to learn from Reiki. In addition to Reiki, Jesse practices Massage and Bodywork, and CranioSacral Therapy.
Education: Reiki Preservation Society, North Carolina School of Natural Healing (LMT - 2004), The Peirsman CranioSacral Academy
Teachers: Robert Feuston, Rick Bockner, Mary Goslin, Etienne Peirsman
